My name is Israel Carlos Lomovasky.I was born in Buenos Aires,Argentina in 1949.
In 1972 I migrated to Israel with my parents and sisters .I lived in many cities and some kibbutzim since then(Acco,Haifa,Givataim,and now in Hetzlyia,and the kibutzim Gan Shmuel and Dafna).
My education was mostly in Industrial Engineering(BSc Technion,Haifa),in Maths and Economics(MSC in Operations Research from the London School of Economics and political sciences) and in planning(DSC in city and regional planning from the Architectural Faculty of the technion,Haifa).
I lived in London one year (1976-1977) and In New York city eight years(1984-1992) I am divorced plus one.
I am a free-lance consultant in Operations Research and specialize in the stock market.
My works appear in many design and art magazines and publications such as the front page of the Beauty and Truth poetry Journal summer 2010,the summer of 2009 issue of the literary journal MO:writings from the river,the Israel Interior Design Journal and many more.

I studied art and painting with several Israeli artists and painters for several years,and my works reflect the technical and professional tools I acquired in my art learning journey.
I am a member of the Hertzlyia artists society and the Israel artists society and trade union.
